Lip Booster
The Lip Booster is a non-surgical lip treatment using PromoItalia SkinFill BACIO — a formulation of Vitamin B12 and free hyaluronic acid rather than a traditional dermal filler. It works on hydration, stimulation and redefinition at once, so lips look fuller, smoother and better defined without looking done. An appointment takes about an hour.
This is the treatment I recommend to people who want their lips to look like themselves, only healthier. The most common thing I hear at consultation is some version of “I want more, but I really don’t want it to be obvious” — and that is exactly the gap this product fills.
SkinFill BACIO is not a conventional dermal filler. Rather than pushing volume into the lip, it uses free hyaluronic acid in a fractionated molecular-weight matrix together with Vitamin B12 to hydrate the tissue and stimulate it. The change comes from the lip being better conditioned, not from being inflated. That is why it does not produce the hard, overfilled look people are trying to avoid.
In practice it does three things together: it deeply hydrates, it improves texture and colour, and it redefines the border so the outline reads crisper. We go through your goals and your history at consultation first, and if I think a different treatment suits you better, I will say so.

Questions people ask
How is this different from a normal lip filler?
A traditional dermal filler is designed primarily to add volume. SkinFill BACIO is formulated to hydrate, stimulate and redefine — it uses free hyaluronic acid alongside Vitamin B12 to improve the condition of the lip rather than simply inflating it. That difference is the whole reason people choose it: the result reads as healthy, well-defined lips instead of obviously treated ones.
How long does it last?
It varies from person to person depending on your metabolism, your lips and your routine. This is a treatment people typically maintain over time rather than have once. I will give you a realistic timeline for your own lips at consultation instead of quoting you an average that may not apply.
Does it hurt?
Lips are a sensitive area and I am not going to pretend the appointment is nothing. Most people find it very manageable, and we take it at your pace. If you need a break at any point, we stop.
Who is not a good candidate?
We go through your full health history, medications and any allergies at consultation before anything is booked. There are situations — pregnancy and breastfeeding among them — where I will not proceed. If I do not think this is right for you, I will tell you rather than take the booking.
